Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data MOFRADA collects, why it is collected, and how the text you send for review is handled.
Who we are
MOFRADA is a trade name of CININTIRIKS INC., a company incorporated in Canada, with its registered office at:
375 University Ave, Unit 102 Suite 3334, Toronto, ON M5G 2J5, Canada
CININTIRIKS INC. is the controller responsible for the data described in this policy, and the merchant of record for the subscription.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password, managed by Amazon Web Services' identity service.
- Subscription data: your subscription status and renewal date. Card details are handled by our payment provider directly — we never see or store them.
- Usage data: the number of reviews and characters processed each month, for billing and cost control. This does not include the text itself.
- Text sent for review: processed only to produce corrections, and not stored once processing completes.
Your text is not kept
Text sent for review is processed and then discarded as soon as the result is returned. It is not written to a database, not kept in logs, not used to train any AI model, not sold, and not shared with anyone for any purpose other than producing the correction itself.
Processing by a third party
Corrections are produced using a language model operated by Google. The text to be reviewed is sent from our servers to Google over an encrypted connection, processed, and the result returned — under terms that prohibit the content being used to train models.
Password fields
The desktop application ignores password fields and any field the operating system marks as protected, completely. This exclusion happens before reading, not after, so nothing is ever read from those fields and nothing is ever sent from them.
Programs you exclude
You can add any program to the exclusion list in the application settings, and review stops in that program entirely.
Connection required
Review requires an internet connection. There is no offline mode, and no text is sent that you have not asked to have reviewed.
Where processing happens
Our servers are hosted with Amazon Web Services in Canada. Data may also be processed in other countries by the service providers named in this policy.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Browser local storage is used only to keep you signed in, and is cleared when you sign out.
Retention
Account and subscription data are kept for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, its data is deleted from our systems. Your text is never stored in the first place.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or delete your account and its data permanently at any time. You can delete your account directly from the account page, or by contacting us at the address below.
