Terms of Service
The parties
These terms govern the relationship between you and CININTIRIKS INC., a company incorporated in Canada operating under the trade name “MOFRADA”, with its registered office at:
375 University Ave, Unit 102 Suite 3334, Toronto, ON M5G 2J5, Canada
CININTIRIKS INC. is the merchant of record for the service. By using the website or the application, you agree to these terms.
The service
MOFRADA reviews your writing for spelling, grammar and style inside the programs on your device. The service is available by paid subscription only; there is no free plan.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Pricing and subscription
- The subscription is $5 USD per month.
- It renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Taxes may be added depending on your country or province of residence, and are shown before payment is completed.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. We never see your card details.
Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time from your account page.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew after that.
- We do not offer partial refunds for the unused remainder of a current month.
- If we terminate your account without fault on your part, we refund the unused portion of the period.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, use it in an automated way that goes beyond ordinary personal use, or resell the service or its API without written permission.
Ownership of your text
Your text remains yours alone. The service acquires no rights in it beyond processing it to produce corrections, as described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
MOFRADA's suggestions are language assistance, not a final authority, and automated review can be wrong. Reviewing your text before relying on it remains your responsibility, particularly in legal and official contexts. The service is provided as is, without express or implied warranties, and our liability will not in any circumstance exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Availability
Review requires an internet connection. We aim to keep the service available without interruption, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, and we may pause it for maintenance or updates.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, refunding the unused portion of the period where we terminate without fault on your part.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, and any material change will be announced a reasonable time before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
